Cushion Plunger

Cushion Plunger

A cushion plunger is a micro-adjustable suspension device used on recurve bows to precisely control the interaction between the arrow rest, the string, and the arrow.
Although it may look like a simple piece of equipment made of a small screw and spring, it actually absorbs and controls the lateral and forward forces generated during the release.
By doing so, it greatly improves arrow flight stability and tightens grouping performance, making it an essential tuning component.

  • [CUSHION] ADJUSTMENT OF SPRING STRENGTH

The spring tension of the cushion plunger determines how much the arrow is pressed against the plunger at the moment of release and how strongly it rebounds, directly affecting lateral arrow movement and flight stability.
If the spring is too soft, it absorbs more lateral impact, but excessive so...
