Setting &Tuning
For an archer to consistently achieve high scores, four elements must be well balanced: Technique, Physical Conditioning, Mental Strength, and Equipment. Among these, the selection and adjustment of equipment (setting and tuning) play an especially significant role. This is because even when using the same technique, the flight characteristics and accuracy range of the arrow can vary greatly depending on how the equipment is set up.
Archery equipment must be optimized individually for each archer based on their body type, strength, and shooting style. Factors such as bow poundage, limb–string combinations, arrow length, spine (thickness/stiffness), weight distribution, personal technique, and the way energy transfers through the equipment all affect each archer differently.
Therefore, even if two archers use identical form and technique, their arrows will fly inconsistently and accuracy will decrease if the equipment does not fit them or if the tuning is incorrect. Ultimately, an archer must choose the bow and arrows that match their physical condition and technical flow, and then maintain the equipment in optimal condition through precise setting and tuning to control fine elements such as vibration, balance, and timing.
When this process is done well, the archer’s technique can be expressed with maximum efficiency, resulting in high accuracy and consistent performance.

Riser
1 item
The riser is the main frame of the bow, serving as its central body, and is the core structure to which all components—such as the limbs, sight, rest, stabilizers, and grip—are attached.
Among the many parts that make up a bow, the riser is one of the most important elements that fundamentally de... -
Limb
2 items
A limb is an elastic component attached to both the upper and lower ends of the bow. It generates the stored energy (elastic force) when the bow is drawn and provides the power that launches the arrow.
Although it may look like a simple elongated plate, it is actually a high-performance piece of ... -
Sight
6 items
The sight is a device that helps the archer visually align the arrow’s flight path and accurately aim at the target when shooting.
It serves as the bow’s aiming device and is an essential piece of precision equipment required for accurate shooting.
It is mounted on the side of the bow, and the ar... -
Stabilizer
1 item
A stabilizer is a piece of equipment that reduces vibration in the bow and balances the overall weight distribution to enhance aiming and shooting stability.
It consists of long rod-shaped components extending from the front and sides of the bow, absorbing the shaking, twisting, and impact that o... -
Cushion Plunger
3 items
A cushion plunger is a micro-adjustable suspension device used on recurve bows to precisely control the interaction between the arrow rest, the string, and the arrow.
Although it may look like a simple piece of equipment made of a small screw and spring, it actually absorbs and controls the later... -
Clicker
1 item
A clicker is one of the smallest yet most important pieces of equipment on a recurve bow. It is a thin metal plate attached to the side of the riser, and it produces a “click” sound when the arrow reaches full draw, signaling the exact moment to release. Although it may look like a simple sound-m...
-
Grip
1 item
The grip is the central part of the riser where the archer’s bow hand makes contact.
It is the only point that connects the recurve bow to the archer, making it the most important component in determining overall bow stability, power transfer, and balance throughout the shooting process.Because...

String
1 item
The string is the cord that connects the two ends of the bow, and it is not just a simple cord—it is a critical component that determines the bow’s performance, responsiveness, arrow speed, and shooting feel.
It acts as an energy channel, transferring the archer’s drawing force to the arrow with ... -
Arrow Rest
5 items
The rest (Arrow Rest) is a device that supports the arrow and holds it securely in place on a recurve bow until it is released.
It is attached to the bow’s riser window and helps the arrow maintain the correct position beneath the clicker.Although it appears to be a very small metal or plastic ...

Arrow
5 items
An arrow is not just a consumable component; it is the most important element where the archer’s technique and equipment tuning ultimately appear as a score. No matter how excellent the bow’s performance is, or how perfect the form and release are, the arrow is what actually converts all that pow...

Tab
2 items
A finger tab is an essential protective gear that shields your fingers when drawing the bowstring and helps achieve a stable release. Although it may look like a small, simple piece of leather, it is actually a very important piece of equipment that directly affects shooting quality.
If you draw ... -
Accessories
4 items
Auxiliary equipment refers to all additional gear used to enhance stability, convenience, consistency, and safety during the shooting process—other than the main components such as the bow, arrows, limbs, and sight.
It is not merely an optional add-on; rather, it is an essential support system th...
